Booking & Cancellation Policy
Clear expectations for reserving your date, making changes, and getting the booth event-ready.
Reserving your date
Your selected date and time are checked against live availability before checkout. A request alone does not hold the date. The reservation becomes active after checkout is completed and Get In The Booth sends confirmation.
Changes and rescheduling
Contact us as soon as possible if the date, time, venue, package, or event scope changes. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate updates, but changes remain subject to availability and may affect pricing, travel, staffing, or service time.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms, payment treatment, and any event-specific deadlines will be shown in the written booking confirmation or service agreement. If those event-specific terms differ from this page, the signed agreement controls. Email us promptly so we can review the reservation and available options.
Venue access and readiness
The client is responsible for accurate venue information, reasonable setup access, a safe booth location, required power, and any venue approvals. Please share insurance or certificate-of-insurance requirements before the event so they can be reviewed in time.
Unexpected conditions
Weather, unsafe conditions, venue restrictions, power interruptions, delayed access, and circumstances outside reasonable control may require a service adjustment. We will communicate quickly and work toward the most practical solution.
