Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the Get In The Booth website, booking inquiry flow, event communications, and photo booth rental services.
Bookings
Booking requests are subject to availability, service-area coverage, event details, package selection, and final confirmation by Get In The Booth. Submitting a request does not guarantee the date until the booking is confirmed by our team.
Event setup
Clients are responsible for providing reasonable access to the venue, a safe setup location, power when required, and accurate event timing. Service may need to be adjusted if venue rules, access issues, weather, safety concerns, or schedule changes affect the planned setup.
Payments and changes
Pricing, retainers, balances, add-ons, travel, overtime, and special requests will be confirmed as part of the booking process. Changes to date, time, location, package, or scope may affect availability and pricing.
Limitation
Get In The Booth is not responsible for delays or limitations caused by venue restrictions, unsafe conditions, power issues, weather, traffic, client readiness, or events outside our reasonable control.
